Various sizes of stalls and paddocks, as well as a 1- or 2-stall/paddock combination, are available for your horse, with our number one priority being the safety of your horse. Our paddocks are large and safe; they are fenced with no-climb wire with a top board or board fencing. A stall or paddock must be rented for all overnight stays of horses. A wash rack and a round pen are available for your use. If you want shavings in your horse's stall (which are not required for the 10x10 stalls but mandatory in our 12x14 stalls), please bring your own or purchase them from us.   

Current Rates:

Day-use parking: $10 per day per rig (up to 2 horses; $2 for each additional horse). Please call ahead to let us know that you are coming and to make sure we have room.

Paddocks: $25 per night per horse, $150 per week per horse, $300 per month per horse

10x10 stalls in our large barn: $25 per night, $150 per week, $300 per month

12x14 stalls in our private barn: $35 per night 

12x14 stall/paddock combination: $45 per night per horse, $250 per week per horse, $450 per month per horse

Rates do not include care of animal, feed, hay, or stall/paddock cleaning.

Current Coggins papers, as well as a current health certificate if you are coming from out of state, must be presented for each horse upon arrival (carrying your Coggins papers with you is a requirement while riding in the Croom Forest). 

Deposit Policy: We require a 50% deposit to guarantee reservations. To guarantee a reservation, deposits must be received within 7 days of making a reservation. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your original arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within the 30-day period for a legitimate reason, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied toward a future stay within one year. In the event that you cancel a reservation and your deposit is refundable, it will be refunded to you within 30 days minus a $25 office processing fee. No refunds for early departures. A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome while camping. However, they must be kept on a leash at ALL times, picked up after, and not be a disturbance or nuisance to other guests or neighbors. We have zero tolerance for loose dogs, and our pet policy will be strictly enforced. Loose dogs are not allowed in the forest or on the roads in front of our ranch and in our neighborhood.

Large paddocks are available for your horse.

Our large barn has 10x10 stalls available for your horse.

Our private barn has 2 12x14 stalls connected to a paddock for your horse (paddock can be split in half). The stalls are matted, and shavings are required.
