Accommodations for You 


Come stay in our cozy Cowboy Cottage!  The cottage has a fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen; queen-size Murphy bed; double futon; and private bathroom.  WiFi is available, and DVDs of horse-related movies are provided to watch on the flat-screen TV.  The back porch has an umbrella-covered table for four and a gas grill, while out front, a picnic table under a live oak awaits you.



Under our shady live oaks, accommodations with full hookups are available for your living quarters horse trailer or RV.  Picnic tables and group fire rings are available for your use. Our regular camping area is small and intimate.  We also have a primitive camping area for large groups, clubs, and special events (contact us for details).  We currently do not have public bathroom or shower facilities (coming soon!); however, porta-potties are available during large events, and showers are available on a limited basis (we recommend renting our Cowboy Cottage if your trailer does not have full living quarters).  



Current Rates:

Cowboy Cottage: $75 per night (single or double occupancy). Each additional person (up to two additional people): $20 per night.  No smoking and no pets are allowed in the cottage.  With some exceptions, we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends.

Trailer/RV Sites: $25 per night (electric/water); $30 per night (full hookups)

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m., Check out time: Noon (We are flexible on arrival/departure times depending on reservations before/after your stay.)

Deposit Policy: We require one night's deposit to guarantee reservations for stays of 3 nights or less and a 50% deposit for stays greater than 3 nights.  To guarantee a reservation, deposits must be received within 7 days of making a reservation. Reservations for the Cowboy Cottage can also be made through Airbnb.  

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your original arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less and 30 days prior to your original arrival date for stays greater than 3 nights in order to receive a refund of your deposit.  If you cancel your reservation within the 14-day/30-day period, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied toward a future stay within one year.  In the event that you cancel a reservation and your deposit is refundable, it will be refunded to you within 30 days minus a $20 office processing fee.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome while camping.  However, they must be kept on a leash at ALL times, be picked up after, and not be a nuisance to other guests or neighbors.  We have zero tolerance for loose dogs, and our pet policy is strictly enforced.
