Current Rates:
Cowboy Cottage: $110 per night/$650 per week/$2,300 per month (single or double occupancy). Each additional person (up to two additional people): $25 per night (TBD for weekly or monthly stays). No smoking and no pets are allowed in the cottage. With some exceptions, we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
Trailer/RV Sites: $35 (30-amp electrical service) or $45 (50-amp electrical service/large rig or RV/5th wheel) per night; $225 (30-amp electrical service) or $275 (50-amp electrical service/large rig or RV/5th wheel) per week; $675 (30-amp electrical service) or $750 (50-amp electrical service/large rig or RV/5th wheel) per month.
Note: These rates do not include applicable state (6.5%) and county (5%) sales and tourist development taxes.
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m., Check out time: Noon (We are flexible on arrival/departure times depending on reservations before/after your stay, so check with us if you want to arrive early or check out late.)
Deposit Policy: We require a 50% deposit to guarantee reservations. To guarantee a reservation, deposits must be received within 7 days of making a reservation. Reservations for the Cowboy Cottage can also be made through Airbnb or VRBO.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your original arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within the 30-day period for a legitimate reason, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied toward a future stay within one year. In the event that you cancel a reservation and your deposit is refundable, it will be refunded to you within 30 days minus a $25 office processing fee. No refunds for early departures. A $100 fee will be charged for each returned check.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome while camping. However, they must be kept on a leash at ALL times, be picked up after, and not be a nuisance to other guests or neighbors. We have zero tolerance for loose dogs, and our pet policy is strictly enforced. Loose dogs are not allowed in the forest or on the roads in front of our ranch and in our neighborhood.
